This is one of
my
favorite pieces to make. It is called a barrel
weave. I call it
"barrels of love". It is made with 3/16 inch 18 gauge
stainless steel
rings and a stainless clasp. $34.95 |

The
Bastardized weave is one that I wear every day. The first one
I ever
made took me about 2 days to complete. When I was finished I
thought
my hands were going to fall off. I couldn't hold a pen let
alone my
cup of coffee. It was truly a funny sight. The
palms
of my hands were
bruised and swollen. I chalked it up as a true labor of
love. Since
then I have made 5 or 6. Each one now takes me about 3 hours
to
complete. More if the kids are at home.
